PROJECT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 3 FULLY AUTOMATED PACKAGING LINES FOR THE EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY.

BrLab, S.A., at its facilities in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), has developed a project to acquire 3 fully automated packaging lines. The investment will be necessary for the production of two new products in different formats. The first encompasses the production of food supplements based on probiotics, in capsule format and blister packaging. The second is based on the production of organic rice bran food supplements, in two different formats: Doy Pack and terrine.

LINE 1: packaging of probiotic food supplements.
LINE 2: packaging of rice bran in Doy Pack format
LINE 3: packaging of rice bran in tub format.

Acquisition of two clean rooms ISO 7 classification.

These projects have been developed from April 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The Center for Industrial Technological Development, E.P.E. (CDTI-E.P.E.), has participated in these projects by granting a partially reimbursable aid with interest, framed within its “Direct Expansion Line” program (LIC A). This contribution represents 75% of the total budget for the development of the aforementioned project.

The Center for Industrial Technological Development, E.P.E. (CDTI-E.P.E.) is a Public Business Entity, dependent on the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, which promotes innovation and technological development (R+D+i) of Spanish companies at the national and international levels.

These aids are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Pluriregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020.
